Set within a classic period building overlooking a quiet garden square, this thoughtfully composed studio has been designed with balance and function in mind. Arranged across two distinct levels, the home blends intelligent use of space with Sejourâs signature sense of calm and simplicity.
On the entrance level, the open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa, wall-mounted TV, and built-in storage. A round dining table for two sits beside the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, hob, under-counter fridge, and integrated dishwasher. The adjoining bathroom is finished with refined tiling and features a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.
A set of fixed wooden steps leads to the mezzanine level, where a double bed and bedside shelf create a private sleeping space. Wardrobe and drawer storage are located below, ensuring the layout remains open and uncluttered.
Tall windows, natural light, and a neutral palette enhance the sense of calm, while wooden floors, open shelving, and soft greenery bring warmth and texture throughout. Please note: the mezzanine ceiling height is reduced, making this area best suited for sleeping only.

South Kensingtonâs renowned museum district â including the V&A and Natural History Museum â is just over a mile away, while the restaurants and boutiques of Chelsea and Kensington High Street are also within easy reach.
This flat is well placed for exploring London and beyond:
âą Earls Court Underground Station (District & Piccadilly Lines) â 0.3 miles / approx. 6 min walk
âą Gloucester Road Underground Station â 0.5 miles / approx. 10 min walk
âą Buses to South Kensington, Knightsbridge, and the West End available nearby

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of ÂŁ30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of ÂŁ50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
