Tucked away a short walk from the historic Marketplace, it is the ideal base from which to sample the best of Cirencester's shops, bars and restaurants - and, with free parking, you'll be all set to explore the beautiful Cotswolds too.

The entire accommodation is on the ground floor, with easy access from the street and free parking directly outside the front door.

Every room features limestone flooring, underfloor heating and large, remote-controlled skylight windows - each with a solar-powered, remote-controlled blackout blind.

On the walls, you will find original works by local artists. The entire property is covered by super fast, fibre broadband.

Kitchen
The kitchen area is well-equipped, with oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and milk frother, boiling water tap, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. The walnut worktop extends to a breakfast bar for two, with stools.

Living area
The living area features a comfy sofa and retro armchair, footstool and side table, as well as a 43" HD SMART TV with hundreds of freesat channels.

Bedroom
The separate bedroom includes a kingsize Eve Sleep bed with cotton bedding, side tables with drawers and reading lights, and a wardrobe.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a vanity unity with sink, heated mirror, toilet and walk in shower.


You'll have Studio37 to yourself - all areas will be for your exclusive use during your stay, including the free parking space outside the front door.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
