The Cosy Caravan in Islebeck near Thirsk sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
The Cosy Caravan, a single-storey lodge, consists of a kitchen/diner with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, coffee maker, and dining table, and a sitting area with Smart TV, sofa bed, games, and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with lawn and picnic bench, plus off-road parking available. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. A taste of countryside living at The Cosy Caravan. Note: Travel cot available on request at an extra cost of 5GBP; bedding included in this. Note: Sofa bed is for flexible sleeping arrangements only. Note: Charge of 15GBP per dog. Note: When outside, dogs must be supervised at all times due to free-range chickens roaming around the farm.

Here there are a selection of excellent pubs, restaurants, a cinema and a leisure centre, as well as independent stores to be browsed at your leisure. Visit the World of James Herriott Museum, dedicated to the life and works of the townâs own famous vet and author or explore the surrounding rolling countryside and Hambleton Hills, offering excellent walking and cycling opportunities. The town is home to the Yorkshire Vet, All Creatures Great and Small, and Thirsk Races, and there are an abundance of local walks throughout the local area, including those at Osmotherly, the Cleveland Way, and Sutton Bank. Cycling within this location is catered for with mountain biking trails and road cycling trails at Sutton Bank's Cycling Centre, Dalby Forest, and Tour de France routes, and there are further walks and cycling routes along the picturesque coast of North Yorkshire, as well as delightful locations including Whitby, Robin Hood Bay, and Staithes. Explore the fascinating maze of tunnels, follies, and chambers known as Forbidden Corner, or spend a day in Monks Park observing the animals.
