As soon as you step inside, you're welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere, where the living area blends harmoniously with the elegant induction kitchenette—perfect for those who enjoy cooking even while on vacation. But it's your gaze falling on the true centerpiece of the house that takes your breath away: a splendid hot tub set right in the living room, ready to offer moments of pure relaxation, alone or with company, at any time of the day.
The sleeping area, cozy and romantic, is located on a mezzanine level that adds character and depth to the space. Here, the double bed invites rest, wrapped in a soft and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom, modern and functional, features a comfortable shower box and is finished with understated yet refined taste.
Outside, at the rear of the house, a private veranda provides the ideal spot to enjoy breakfast in the sun or an evening under the stars, chatting and sipping local wine.
The entire apartment is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort in every season, and every detail has been carefully designed to offer a living experience that’s comfortable, intimate, and a little out of the ordinary.
Nothing is left to chance: TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, microwave, air conditioning, and free street parking are all provided.
Note: The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.

For check-ins after 8:30 PM and up to 10:00 PM, extra cost of €30.00;


For check-ins from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM, extra cost of €50.00;


For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, extra cost of €100.00.


For early check-outs, upon guest request and subject to approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required. .
