Our 3-Bedroom Home with Garden & Conservatory in Walton-on-Thames
Welcome to this thoughtfully designed and spacious 3-bedroom home, nestled in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood just a short 10â15 minute walk from Walton-on-Thames train station.
Perfect for families, professionals, or groups seeking comfort and convenience, great indoor and outdoor spaces.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: A spacious and serene room featuring a comfortable double bed, generous wardrobe space, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Second Bedroom: Bright and airy, fitted with a double bed, cozy bedding, and chest of draws for storage.
Third Bedroom: Is for single occupancy with a single bed plenty of storage in the wardrobe
All bedrooms are decorated in a clean, modern style with cotton linens and towels provided for your convenience.
Bathrooms
Ensuite: Attached to the master bedroom, featuring a walk-in shower.
Family Bathroom: Equipped with a full-size bathtub and overhead shower, ideal for both quick refreshes and relaxing soaks. Towels and essential toiletries are provided.
Kitchen & Living
The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and full cookware set â whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner.
A bright open-plan living area with a large, comfortable sofa, smart TV, and tasteful décor offers the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring.
Conservatory Dining & Garden
One of the highlights of the home is the stunning glass conservatory, filled with natural light and styled as a beautiful dining space.
Open the doors to a private, enclosed garden, perfect for entertaining, enjoying a summer BBQ, or relaxing with a drink at sunset.
Outdoor seating and dining space make it ideal for families or groups in warmer months. We have 4 chairs outside, but feel free to use the chairs from the dining table for extra seating.
Parking & Location
Free private parking for one car on the front drive. There is free parking around the neighbourhood on the street, but please be respectful and not park / block any of the residents
Just a short walk (10 minutes) to Walton-on-Thames station, with direct links to London
Local shops, riverside walks, cafes, and amenities all within walking distance
This lovely home combines modern comfort with thoughtful design touches, making it an ideal base whether youâre visiting for business, relocating, or simply enjoying a getaway in Surrey.
Guests have full access to the home, as I occasionally use the property when not traveling, one room is locked for storage. Please treat my home with the same care as your own. If anything is damaged during your stay, kindly inform us. Thank you, and enjoy your stay!
Please respect your neighbours. NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the premises immediately by security. This is a strict policy of ours and you will not be due a refund. Any damages will be charged including lost keys / call out to open if you loose the keys or complaints from neighbours. No Dogs or Pets due to allergies.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
