This property is in a beautiful location with amazing views. It was quiet and private and had all the necessary amenities. The host was responsive to any inquires and was informative about the area. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the house and the location was spectacular!!! We had a lot of questions before we arrived and they were all answered quickly. The house really does have everything!! Beds were comfy, pillows were soft and fluffy. Kitchen is large and open and easy to use- all new/upgraded versions of things. All of the drawer are labeled.

Words can not describe how beautiful the ocean views are from this house! Just a short path to the beach. Huge deck to relax on and watch the tide go in and out. Deck gets full sun in the afternoon with no shade, so be sure to bring sunscreen. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed with premium linens. Only 10 minutes away from Cannon Beach.

Best view of the Oregon coast we have ever seen. Lots to do for the kids on the beach. Both kids and adults took the polar plunge into the ocean. Great hiking nearby. The kitchen was spacious and easy to cook in.

The Happy Clam is a beautiful home at a perfect location on Arch Cape (right on the beach with a huge deck). The house accommodates our large family and the granddaughters love the loft giving them a small bit of independence plus the best views in the house. We love the kitchen with its labeled and well supplied drawers and cabinets. Every needed item was provided. There is a huge unique glass table that serves well for meals and group puzzles. The master bedroom and bath are a true luxury with a comfy bed, huge shower, soaking tub and fireplaces.The Happy Clam is a perfect place to stay while enjoying all the restaurants, shops, breweries and more in Cannon Beach and Manzanita.The host is readily available and we are already looking forward to our fourth visit next August.

We enjoyed our time at The Happy Clam. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The owners have thoroughly labeled everything throughout to make things easy to find. As great as the house is, the best part is outdoors. The views from the patio are amazing and we even had a local elk named Buck come by for a visit (keep your distance). There’s an easy path to the beach with lots of space to explore and set up a campfire for s’mores. Our family of 12 had a wonderful time.

Such a clean, comfortable house for a family vacation of various ages and needs. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, loved the coffee/tea area with its own sink and filtered/ hot water. The beach was beautiful and my son loved sleeping in the loft. Great visits, highly recommended and love the Arch Cape proximity between Cannon Beach and Manzanita.

We have been bringing our kids to the Oregon coast since they were little and now with all the grandkids. We always stay in different locations along the coast so we can experience all areas. This is the first time everyone has requested to come back to the same location. Perfect house, perfect view. We had a great experience and loved every minute.

Wow!! We came to this magical place to celebrate our 50th birthdays with 3 of our BFF couples. We were all blown away by the location, views, comfy house, amenities etc…!! This house is the most squared away VRBO we’ve ever stayed in- and we’ve stayed in a lot! Every couple said they’d like to come back- as a group or with their own families. The kitchen was nicely stocked, bathrooms and bedrooms has everything needed and the whole place was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was 10/10 and check in/out was seamless. We will 100% book this again!! Priceless memories!
