With a combination of modern elegance and a relaxing atmosphere, Casa Camu welcomes you to the first floor of a recently renovated family house.
The bright living area, with a large window onto the balcony, is distinguished by the choice of white and red for the fully equipped open kitchen, which lends character and warmth to the space.
Sofa, smart TV and other essential furnishings are designed to make you feel at home but with a touch of discreet luxury
The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a French bed, are comfortable and quiet, flanked by a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. A washing machine and dryer are housed in the small laundry room while the entire underfloor air-conditioning system is designed according to the latest technology.
Supermarkets and neighbourhood shops are just a 5-minute walk away on the avenue leading to the pedestrian centre of the town of Tortolì.
Parking is available in the private street in front of the house
After a busy day, you can return to Casa Camu to enjoy an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, perhaps with a glass of local wine in the quiet of the house.
