There is a covered patio with table and chair and a gas barbeque for organize al fresco meal; attached to the gazebo is an external bathroom with shower.

The villa is on the countryside but only 1 km away from the beautiful town of Pachino which offers all services needed such as supermarkets, bar, restaurants, bank etc. the coast is less than 2 km away Marzamemi is 1.6 km there are equipped and free lidos where to enjoy a day on the beach. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): on request and extra charge
A security deposit of 500,00 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
