Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, a non-enclosed field with a pond, and off-road parking for six cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 1.5 miles you will find a shop, and within 2.2 miles you will find a pub. Enjoy a memorable escape to Staffordshire at Alder Barn. Town: The attractive rural village of Ipstones lies on the western fringes of the Peak District in lovely moorland countryside, between the market towns of Leek and Ashbourne. Dovedale and the limestone Churnet Valley are on the doorstep and The Manifold Trail is close by.
