Please contact Finest Retreats for more details.Meadow View is the perfect property for families and groups of friends looking for a peaceful rural retreat in the Derbyshire countryside.The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, double oven and dishwasher, and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine.A twin bedroom on the ground floor with separate bathroom is adapted for wheelchair access and for those with limited mobility. There are three further double bedrooms (two with ensuite shower rooms) and three twin rooms with an additional bathroom and shower room.One of the property’s most popular features is the large games room furnished with a pool table, football table and table tennis table along with a wide variety of board games and a TV.A spacious terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to the rear of the property has stunning views. Guests also have the option of enjoying a hot tub during their stay, which can be added as an optional extra at the time of booking. Guests will need to pay this directly to the owners of the property through a payment link before arrival. Hot tub charges for a short stay total £200, with a weekly stay charged at £250. All linen and towels are provided and a cot and highchair are available on request.Please let us know your preferred bed setup at least two weeks before your arrival. If we do not receive this information in time, we cannot guarantee your requested arrangement.
