Next to the kitchen is a comfortable dining area and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa. The sofa can also be used as additional sleeping space, suitable for a child (additional mattress), smart TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. From the living room, there is direct access to a sunny terrace with outdoor dining furniture and beautiful sea views.



On the upper floor, the master bedroom has two single beds joined with a double topper, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. It also offers direct access to a private terrace with a sunbed, a table, two chairs and beautiful sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds with individual toppers, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and access to a private balcony. A second bathroom on this floor includes a bathtub with overhead shower.



On the ground floor, with its own separate private access from the outside of the house, there is a studio apartment containing the 3rd bedroom. This level also includes a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen.



Outside, the villa features a private pool and an additional outdoor dining area, there is also an outdoor barbecue.
