Enjoy an idyllic stay in our beautiful home in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, the perfect setting for quality time away with family or friends!

As you come into the home, you are welcomed into the stunning, open-plan living and kitchen space. We have a cosy nook with comfortable sofas and a smart TV, a beautiful dining table (ideal for long catch ups over a bottle of wine, or two!) and a spacious kitchen area with all the essentials you`ll need to cook up a storm! This space offers the ideal setting for everyone to be together, whether you`re helping make the breakfast or not(!) and get in some quality time.

Downstairs, we also have another separate family room, with a big comfy sofa for everyone to curl up on and catch up on all of your favourite TV programmes, or play a few competitive games! We also have a downstairs WC, a handy utility room and an office, fit with a desk, monitor and chair, so you can tuck yourself away and enjoy some peace and quiet if you need to catch up on some emails.

On the first floor, you will find our beautiful master bedroom, boasting a glamourous dressing area, superking-size bed and en-suite. We also have two other double bedrooms on this floor, the family bathroom and a seperate shower, so no one will be fighting over the mirror in the morning! We also have a bathtub in the family bathroom - ideal if your perfect holiday involves a long soak and escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life!

On the top floor, we have another two gorgeous bedrooms, with characterful beams and velux windows - a twin bedroom and another double, making this an idyllic space for friends or family to enjoy and relax together.

We also have a gorgeous, expansive garden for the whole family to enjoy the fresh country air!

Nestled in the peaceful countryside, Mulberry Cottage is perfectly placed for exploring the best of Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. Take scenic walks through the Cotswold countryside, visit the historic market towns of Tetbury and Malmesbury just a few miles away—with its stunning abbey and charming shops—or head to Westonbirt Arboretum for beautiful woodland trails.

For those looking for a bit of luxury during their stay, we have two incredible spas close by (Whatley Manor & Calcot Manor), and for the sport enthusiasts, Beaufort Polo Club and Badminton Horse Trials are just a short drive away!

Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
