Cette charmante deux étages trois chambres, trois salles de bain complÚte maison de plage offre prÚs de 2000 pieds carrés de surface habitable, deux porches et un balcon.

En bas, vous trouverez un salon spacieux, salle Ă  manger et cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec comptoir de petit dĂ©jeuner, rïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœfrigĂ©rateur avec machine Ă  glaçons, micro-ondes, 9 bouteilles de vin, lave-vaisselle et buanderie avec laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. En plus des principaux espaces de vie en bas, il y a une chambre d'amis avec une salle de bain complĂšte ainsi qu'un grand porche arriĂšre avec accĂšs par la cuisine et la chambre.

A l'Ă©tage se trouve une suite parentale et une chambre supplĂ©mentaire. La suite principale a un bain de maïżœïżœtre gïżœïżœnĂ©reux avec grande baignoire de jardin, douche vitrïżœïżœe sĂ©parïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœe, double vasque et salle de commode sĂ©parĂ©e. Juste Ă  cïżœïżœtĂ© de la chambre principale, vous profiterez d'une vue sur le golfe du Mexique depuis le balcon du deuxiïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœme Ă©tage. Having the use of the golf cart, bikes and beach toys added to the freedom of not having to pack or buy/rent those things. Several families we were traveling with also stayed on properties within Martinique and we felt safe enough to let our kids walk or ride bikes to and from those other houses. Would highly recommend this location and this house.

Every house had a golf cart which made it lots of fun. We would go on golf cart cruises every night. The beach was not overly crowded and the pool overlooking the dunes was so nice. The property manager was helpful and responsive. The kitchen was fully stocked with any type of dish/appliance we needed. So clean and comfortable. We are definitely coming back!

6th Visit to Martinique on the Gulf in 20 years, this one SeaNote

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We return about every other year. This visit SeaNote and BonAmi were our bases, both were very nice. SeaNote was a little nicer and 1 less bedroom. Both could use a little upkeep. The entire development has gone down over the years, need more general upkeep, no vending machines, charge more for parking, and my adult children complained of the pools being dirty. The staff, especially the front office were always very nice and attentive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first time at SeaNote, although we’ve stayed at homes on the crescent before, and at other homes & condos in Martinique on the Gulf! This home was pretty and perfect in almost every way! The home was very clean, but the DR tabletop was “sticky”...it may need to be refinished or painted. Other than that minor complaint, the home provided everything else we needed & more. I would definitely recommend this home to families that can utilize the bedroom set ups...basically two King suites with a bunk room upstairs. Also, we rented chairs & brought toys & tubes, but the owners had all of that in the garage, plus 3 bikes & a nice golfcart!

Reviewer Comments: We had a cancellation of one of the condos that we had booked at the Martinique and were very disappointed when we weren't staying right on the ocean, HOWEVER, we couldn't have gotten luckier actually! This house was beautiful with an awesome balcony, patio and porch! Just a 2 minute walk to the pool and beach. Plus a golf cart that we could use to travel there with the kids and all of our beach and pool things. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and meals. There was even chairs and umbrellas for the beach! The house was so spacious, clean and well kept up. The landscape at the Martinique is just gorgeous. This house is the PERFECT location and we had the greatest, most beautiful vacation! Perfect for a family with little kids!

Beauty and the Flies

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Martinique will always be special to us and we’ll still go back but the flies were horrific in September. The locals told us they tend to be bad in September and October. I wish we had known that. Also, the rotting seaweed was a big negative. It seemed like other beach areas were attempting to clean theirs each day. One local told me he wouldn’t get in the water when it’s that green. Martinique is still beautiful and our house was nice (the only negative about the house was the table. The finish is super sticky. We complained about it two years ago too. Please refinish that table.) but it really affected our trip not being able to use the beach area. I’m sure some of this was out of the managements control. Our agent who helped us with our reservations was very apologetic.

Conveniently located to pool and beach walkway... beautifully furnished... fully equipped( from kitchen utensils to beach toys... they have it all) And to top it off a golf cart!! We love the whole Martinique resort... more quiet beach setting but still close enough to Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach attractions Our family’s go to place!!

Kitchen well stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. Golf cart is fun and useful. Lots of things to do. Only suggestion I have is to have beach towels there. And Kitchen is not stocked with any spices - not even salt and pepper - so be prepared for that. We would definitely stay here again.

Second Time Around...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year to stay in this same house :-) we had a few issues but management made it right with us. Love the SeaNote because the location it is perfect for the outside pool and beach!! Martinique is a little drive when you want to go in town (about 15-20 minutes) and I was tired of driving since it takes us 12 hours to get there but the property is worth it. Didn't realize until the day before we leave there is a store literally 2 minutes to the left turning out of the property lol with EVERYTHING you could need. We ran to the Dollar General every day 10 minutes one way down the road. SMH lol. All in all this is a great place! I do hate that the pool closes at 10PM that is a BIG issue I have. Im on vacation I am not trying to go to bed at 10PM! Alot of people had something to say about that. Maybe they will change it.
