Cette charmante maison de plage de deux étages de quatre chambres, trois salles de bain complètes offre plus de 2500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, trois vérandas et un garage pratique pour une voiture.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez un salon spacieux, une salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoir à petit-déjeuner, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Juste à côté du salon et de la salle à manger se trouve un grand porche arrière blindé avec de nombreux sièges et un coin repas extérieurs.

En plus des principaux espaces de vie en bas, il y a deux chambres. La suite principale avec un coin salon confortable et une salle de bain principale généreuse avec une grande baignoire de jardin, une douche séparée en verre, une double vasque et une commode séparée. La chambre d'hôtes confortable en bas est juste à côté du foyer et à côté d'une salle de bain complète séparée.

À l'étage, vous découvrirez deux chambres d'hôtes, une salle de bain complète et un grand salon. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des plafonds de 24 pieds dans le salon et la salle à manger, des plafonds de 10 pieds dans tous les autres espaces de vie en bas, des ventilateurs de plafond, le chauffage central et la climatisation, un son surround dans toute la maison et de nombreux téléviseurs à écran plat.

Great Getaway!

The open living area was great for family time while also offering comfortable bedrooms, an upstairs TV area, porch, screened-in sunroom, and small patio for getaway time. We had an issue with one toilet that I had to walk to the management building to get their attention after no response to my phone call. But once I spoke with someone, they quickly fixed the problem. We've vacationed at Martinique several times and A Joyful Noise is high on our list of great properties!

Only thing I would say, and this may even be mentored in the description, is bring extra sheets and or blankets if using the cots. We didn't need them but extra blankets would've been nice since the comforter was thin but seriously, this really wasn't an issue. Just a heads up. We've stayed in Martinique 3 other times and this rental was our favorite. Plenty of bikes, beach chairs and toys provided. We already want this exact rental for next yr! A storm had zapped a surge protector and they came RIGHT out to fix it and was so nice.

A Joyful noise

Fabulous nearby seafood markets and restaurants as well as sunset walks along the Gulf and sand dunes made this a great destination. We gathered on the screened-in porch and started each day with coffee and conversation. We celebrated the close of day on the beach admiring the setting, later gathering to grill fresh oysters on the barbecue. A little bit of heaven on earth.

Beautiful home- a couple inconveniences

Unfortunately the ice maker was broken the whole time which made for multiple trips to the store to buy ice to fill our coolers and to have ice throughout our stay. We also had another major inconvenience after returning home to grill steaks and seafood and to find the gas tank was empty.

There are 8 fantastic bikes for use along with a bicycle built for two. The only thing I wish they had was an extra fridge in the garage. The furniture was a tad outdated but was still comfortable.

No useable can opener, only one casserole useable dish, not enough parking space for the number of people. Had to park car off property for the five days, needed guest to drive me to location to get car whenever I needed to use it. There needs to be space on property to park cars. Kitchen equipment needs to be checked and much replaced. Poor knives . King mattress needs to be replaced.

nice house! Questionable management.

Reviewer Comments: I did not receive the entry code for our house rental, A Joyful Noise. It took 3 phone calls which were quite stressful to obtain the code. We got a ticket for parking our rental car in a place for the golf cart. There is no way to plug in the recharge cord unless the golf cart is in the garage. There is no protection from rain in front of the house. Please rethink this. The thermostat was preset to go no higher than 75. We had to wear sweaters in the house. The first night we were cold and had to go to the office to get a blanket.

A peaceful, fun getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting a Joyful Noise for three weeks was one of the smartest things I’ve done in many years. The 4-bedroom house was perfect for my crews (different people stayed with me over the three weeks). The house was safe and comfortable for children and adults alike. The bedrooms were roomy (especially the master, which has direct access to the screened-in back porch), the long dining table fit everyone, and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment for all manner of cooking. We ordered groceries delivered from Publix through Insta cart, so although you could get lots of supplies and food from nearby Dollar General and the Sassy Bass convenience store, we had everything we needed. Jesse’s on the Bay and other places we convenient places to dine, but we stayed in mostly. And if you miss “busy” commerce (I did not), Gulf Shores shopping and dining was a short 20-minute drive. The golf cart was fantastic for groups, but the beach was a 10-minute walk and the center pool was a 5-minute walk from the house, so if someone was ready to go back early (or hit the beach before the cart was ready) they could. The house also had awesome bikes and pool gear for tenant use. The Martinique property itself was clean and well maintained. The two pools are great, and the hot tub at the center pool was especially fun for us. The workout room is also very nice and clean. And everyone in the Martinique office was pleasant and helpful. The beach itself was never overcrowded, and chairs and umbrellas were very easy to secure—and they are half price after 2:00 (Erin, who works for the chair company, is especially kind and easy to work with). So I would highly recommend this house to anyone who needs a fun yet quiet beach getaway with access to not only a beach but pools, tennis court, pickleball court, and more, all while not having to fight the crowds that are at so many beaches that span the gulf to the east of Fort Morgan.

Lots of fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time, the house is the perfect size for our family, enjoyed the bikes. We have stayed at the Joyful noise for the past three or four years. Only one complaint the mattress in the first floor spare bedroom needs to be replaced, Maybe the entire bed ,very uncomfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful and very well equipped. Everything worked well and the owner has an extensive set of manuals for items in the home. Perfect for our daughter, son in law and 2 year old granddaughter. Looking forward to returning next summer with grandchild number 2.

wonderful vacation

Family vacation 2018

Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed in "A Joyful Noise" June 2-9,2018, this was our second visit to Martinique on the Gulf, We really enjoyed that property!I was impressed with this home! It was nicely decorated with tasteful and family friendly items. The owners are accommodating to the needs of the vacationing family. Although I didn't need the owners I feel that they are thoughtful graceful hosts.The staff at Martinique are friendly and helpful. They will do their best to correct any issue that may occur during a family's stay at the property.

Peaceful Beautiful Uncrowded Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful. No internet but that did not bother me maybe others with the group. My only complaint would be that the guard at the front gate was not very welcoming when we arrived. He was sure we were at the wrong place. Not sure why but that is insignificant. I'm sure he was new as I have been there 5 times.

A lot of Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well the vacation, Turned out great! Considering the weather forcast going into stay!! We stayed in the resort many times! The Beach house had many problems! The front bedroom was always hot!!! Called office and they pretty much said that,s the way it was! Didn't may since being the rest of the house was good? The wireless didn't work also! They finally got it working Wednesday !!! Also most of the TVs had problems!!! Many attempts to repair!! Mediacom was out they 3 or 4 times. Ice maker never worked correctly. We had to buy ice. So will not rent this one again.
