Appartamento Terre del Sud is a comfortable solution for 4 people on vacation in Salento, in Marina di Mancaversa, on the Ionian coast south of Gallipoli.
The vacation home is located on the second floor of a series of terraced houses. It is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, coffee maker, electric oven, etc.
Pets are allowed.

The Appartamento Terre del Sud is located on the second floor of a series of terraced houses, reached by stairs.
The vacation home consists of bright and modern rooms. The living area is furnished with open kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa and armchair.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds. The house is completed by 1 shower room.

The 4-bed vacation home is located in Marina di Mancaversa, a pleasant seaside resort just south of Gallipoli, along the Taviano coastline.
The location of the house allows a 5-minute walk to the sea, being about 750 meters away.
In summer, Marina di Mancaversa has the main commercial services. The beaches of Lido Pizzo and Punta della Suina are less than 5 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 27 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
