Welcome to this charming one-bedroom apartment located in the quirky, authentic barrio El Boquetillo in vibrant Fuengirola.
From the balcony and bedroom it offers a nice view of the Calle Ibiza, full of purple flowering Jacaranda trees when in season, with no direct neighbours opposite. The place is perfect for those who want to immerse in Spanish life, with interest in Spanish culture and sightseeing, yet with the option for spending a day on the beach in walking distance (1.3km).
Ideal for those who look for a functional, yet cosy home, with amenities well beyond standard tourist accommodation.
Important: Please note that Jacaranda is located on the third floor, accessible by stairs only, yet providing a sense of privacy and quiet away from the bustle below. Ideal for couples or solo travellers seeking a peaceful retreat.
Super convenient to reach: 20 minutes by car or direct train from Malaga airport (25 minutes). Only 10 minutesâ walk to Fuengirola train station (1km), which can take you directly to the vibrant city centre of MalĂĄga. The bus station right in front of the house takes you around the city or to Miramar shopping mall. Great shopping is also right on the doorstep, including Corte Ingles Outlet, Carrefour, Mercadona etc., but also many local small stores such as greengrocers, butchers, etc. and a bakery on the ground floor of the building. Great restaurants, bars, supermarkets all within walking distance.
Plenty of activities nearby: amazing golf courses, water sports, paddle tennis, cycling, and horse back riding.
Incredible Andalusian cities to explore, such as Ronda, Granada, Malaga, Marbella, Gibraltar, etc. If you are an enthusiast, there are excellent food and wine tours to take and taste the local delicacies.
Other sublime sites to visit are el Caminito del Rey, El Chorro, la Laguna de Fuente de Piedra, La Sierra de Grazalema, as well as amazing small towns like Ojen, CoĂn, as well as Mijas Pueblo, or Benalmadena Pueblo.
