The house accommodates up to 8 guests and features two interconnecting bedrooms, one of which has an independent entrance from the outside and a private bathroom for added privacy. The other bedroom is equipped with central air conditioning for the sleeping area. There is also a second bathroom, a spacious living room with refrigerator, and a sofa bed that sleeps two guests.

Outside, you’ll find a fully equipped cooking area with a sink and dining table with chairs, as well as a small private garden with a wood-fired oven perfect for barbecues or pizza nights—ideal for relaxing moments. A private parking space is also available.

An additional outdoor bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. All windows have mosquito screens. Guests can use the available bicycles and a beach umbrella. Other amenities include a hairdryer, fans, and ironing board.

The villa is located in a peaceful and private area, yet close to all main attractions. The first rocky beach, Lido Pazze, is just 550 meters away, while the long sandy beaches are only a few minutes' drive.

Self-managed breakfast with packaged products is available upon request and for an extra fee with advance notice.
