Apartment A is a 6-bed vacation home for rent in Torre Suda, for vacations within walking distance of the Salento sea.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, outdoor shower, TV, electric oven, microwave, mosquito nets in the bedrooms. Pets are allowed.

The
solution is located on the mezzanine floor of a villa and is completely
autonomous. In common with the house on the basement floor, there are
exteriors and the entrance gate.
A pedestrian gate with a driveway leads to the veranda of the house, which is furnished with a wicker lounge and equipped with awnings.
The entrance is into a hallway from which one enters all other rooms. There are: an eat-in kitchen, 1 twin bedroom with single beds, 2 double bedrooms , and 1 shower room.
There is also a balcony at the back, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Air conditioning is located in the hallway. There are ceiling fans in the twin room and in one of the doubles.

6-bed apartment is on the mezzanine floor of Villa Serenè, in Torre
Suda, a marina lying on the Ionian coast south of Gallipoli. It is just
200 meters from the sea. All the main services are within walking
distance. The nearest beaches are those of Baia Verde to the north and
those of Torre San Giovanni to the south, both 8 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the corridor.
- Ceiling fan in the double bedroom and in the twin bedroom.
- Shared entrance gate with Appartamento B.
