We combined our Hosta Houses to accommodate larger group. Both houses are next to each other.

The space
The house boasts four comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. We also own next door which is semi-detached and a 5 bedroom. Can be rented at the same time to make a 9 bedroom property for larger groups. Please message us a request to check the availability for you !!!.

The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for gatherings and features modern amenities and a warm ambiance.

A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Guest access
During your stay at our cosy house, you will have full access to all areas, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience. This includes:

The Entire House: You have exclusive access to the entire house, providing you with privacy and a peaceful retreat.

Parking: Ample parking space is available on the property, ensuring that you have hassle-free access to your accommodation.

We aim to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. If you have any specific questions or requests regarding access or amenities, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Other things to note
Guest will be asked to digitally sign our company Terms and Conditions and asked for a £200 damage deposit hold on a credit card. This will be a pre authorization/hold. The money wont be taken, it is an authorization that an amount up to this can be taken if there's any damage caused by the guest or anyone from their booking party.

The authorization starts 1 day before your arrival date, and expires automatically 3 days after your departure.

You should receive an email and an sms message with a link to your "Guestflow" portal. This all needs to be completed to receive your lockbox code on the morning of your day of arrival. Please contact us if you have any issues at all with this process. Many thanks.

House rules:
- The lead guest must digitally sign our company T&Cs.
- A £200 damage deposit is required for your stay
- No smoking allowed. A £200 fine will be charged for smoking in the property.
Well-trained dogs are accepted, but you must follow our house rules and have paid for their stay. Please get in touch with us for prices and confirmation if you have more than two pets.
