Welcome to Little Beach House - situated in a quiet street, minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the i360! Beautifully designed in 'Scandi' style this comfortable house is perfect for hen or stag groups, business guests & families; comfortably sleeps & dines up to 10 guests. The house has three bedrooms and a stunning ground floor for entertaining and relaxing with your friends or family, plus cute courtyard garden. Make your trip to Brighton truly memorable at our Little Beach House.
Our guests usually prefer to self check in through the keypad on the door lock, a code will be sent to you prior to your stay. However we are always available via phone or message if you need us for anything.
Situated in a quiet mixed residential and commercial street - typical of Brighton and Hove, but minutes away from the beach and the i360 a mere five minutes walk. There are plenty of great community pubs and restaurants a minute or two from the house.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house with all facilities at your disposal, we provide an iron and ironing board situated in the kitchen and each room has its own hair dryer.
This gorgeous period town house is situated in a centrally located typical Brighton street just off the seafront. You will absolutely love the quirky layout and design; we have spent a lot of time and effort ensuring our guests can relax and enjoy their time in Brighton as soon as they walk through the door.
This beautiful & cosy designer city pad is great for groups, hen or stag parties, business travellers & families; it comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Our house has been thoughtfully laid out over three floors and is ideally situated in central, but quiet mixed commercial and residential road, only minutes from the beach and a five minute walk from the Brighton i360.
The location is fab, it is so close to everything and you can walk to the pier and city centre in about 10 minutes.
Please note - The house is a historic townhouse, typical of Brighton. Just to make you aware the stairs are quite steep, but this is part of the character. This house is situated in a residential neighbourhood and parties are not permitted. We are a strict no noise policy after 10pm and our security company Consec carry out regular patrols. Any guests found breaking this rule will be warned and if the issue continues may be ejected from the property so please be aware.
From the entry hall you will reach our lovely open plan lounge with a huge L shaped sofa, large flat screen TV and a fantastic large table and built in seating area for dining or socialising. The calm interior design blended with gorgeous artwork makes for a really wonderful experience.
The gorgeous large table and comfortable seating is a great space for ten people to dine in comfort, socialise or a great work space. High speed broadband is included.
Following through the house there is a cute outside courtyard with the perfect wall for those insta photo's.
Towards the rear of the house the large beautifully designed kitchen opens up with all the appliances required to make your stay amazing. If you are cooking at home you will find all the pans and crockery you need, plus the all-important tea and coffee is provided along with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, so when you arrive you can relax straight away.
In total there are three good sized double bedrooms and two generous bathrooms.
On the first floor you will find two beautifully appointed bathrooms with a shower in each one, so there will be plenty of space to get ready for that big night out.
The first bedroom on this floor contains two single zip link beds, which can be combined to create a huge king sized double bed on request. An additional very cleverly designed integrated bunk bed allows for an additional two very comfortable single beds in this room.
On the second floor you will find the second bedroom with a lovely double bed and plenty or hanging storage space. The third bedroom again contains two single zip link beds, which can be combined to create a huge king sized double bed on request. An additional very cleverly designed integrated bunk bed allows for an additional two very comfortable single beds in this room.
For families with babies or toddlers we can also provide you with a high chair and travel cot on request, there is no additional charge for this service.
There are nine comfortable beds, plus we use the sofa for the tenth person when necessary. Bedding will be provided along with towels for all guests.
We can also offer our guests unique pamper packages and additional services with our preferred pamper partners available on request...
- Private Chef; stunning seasonal food using fresh ingredients in a wide choice of regional styles from Mediterranean, Asian to Persian with the emphasis on fresh, delicious flavours.
- Afternoon tea, supplied with sandwiches and cakes.
- Natural spa packages - with all natural ingredients.

You are literally a ten minute walk from the centre and a couple of minutes from the beach so taxi's not required! There is pay and display parking on the street available if you are driving or you can park in Regency Square car park which is very close.
Alternatively if you don't mind a 20 minute walk we can recommend this parking area which is by far the least expensive in Brighton...Parking recommendation - We recommend Brighton Coach Park - location in Sussex Place postcode BN2 9QN.
All bed linen and towels are provided, plus basic toiletries. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Netflix and high speed WIFI are provided at no extra cost.
Please note with weekend bookings we will require you to book both Friday and Saturday nights.
