Fab city centre pad within the busy and vibrant Kemp Town area of Brighton with sea views.
Lovely city centre house in the heart of bohemian Kemptown; with the beach minutes away at the end of the road. Created for hen or stag groups, business guests & families; comfortably sleeps & dines up to 10 guests. Laid out over four floors, with four bedrooms & two floors of entertaining space. Included is a comfortable lounge plus an open plan kitchen & dining room with our large dining table. You are surrounded by amazing bars, shops, cafe's & restaurants with Brighton city on your doorstep.
Our guests usually prefer to self check in via the key box situated next to the front door, however our team are always available via a phone call or message if you need anything during your stay.
You will be staying in the heart of bohemian and bustling Kemp Town directly off the sea front and within a couple of minutes walk of all attractions. Kemp Town is a very friendly and interesting area of Brighton with many funky and arty places to visit.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house with all facilities at your disposal, we provide an iron and iron board situated in the kitchen and each room has its own hair dryer.
There is no access to the rear garden and we keep the back doors locked on the lower ground floor as we like our neighbours and we want them to like us too.
If you want to stay super central and have everything Brighton has to offer within a few minutes walk, with the sea and pier at the end of your road. Our stunning interior designed townhouse has to be âThe Oneâ.
This beautiful & cosy designer city pad is great for large groups, hen & stag parties, business travellers & families; it comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Our house has been thoughtfully laid out over four floors and is ideally situated in the heart of bohemian and bustling Kemptown.
Please note - This house is situated in a residential neighbourhood and parties are not permitted. We are a strict no noise policy after 11pm. Any guests found breaking this rule will be warned and if the issue continues may be ejected from the property so please be aware.
The lovely house has been designed to ensure our guests have a great experience in central Brighton; this house is in the heart of vibrant Kemptown so please be aware there is sometimes noise from outside the house.
When you walk into the house you will instantly feel relaxed and calm in the stunning open plan lounge with a comfy leather chesterfield (which is also a double sofa bed) and two additional sofa beds (should you need them).
A huge 50â wall mounted TV boasts Freeview plus Netflix for all your movies and box sets, then leading to the smaller of the two dining areas which can also be used as a study area. High speed broad band is also provided. We also have Amazon 'Alexa' linked to the music library.
Going downstairs to the kitchen and main dining room; the modern kitchen has all amenities including a washing machine and dish washer, plus a large fridge/freezer for your bubbly! If you are cooking at home you will find all the pans and crockery you need, plus the all-important tea and coffee is provided, so when you arrive you can relax straight away.
This stunning open plan area also has our chunky industrial dining table with space to comfortably fit 10 diners together with an additional two stools at the breakfast bar.
There are four good sized double bedrooms; the master bedroom is situated on the first floor and has a large en-suite bathroom attached with a shower and a balcony off the bedroom to the front with sea views. The master bedroom has two single beds that can be zip linked to create a king size double bed. The other bedroom on the first floor contains a bunk bed with two large single bunks.
On the second floor there is a large double bedroom to the front which has two single beds which again can be zip linked to provide one large king size double bed, this bedroom has direct sea views. The other bedroom on the second floor contains a double bed. There is also a very well-appointed bathroom on the second floor with a shower and bath.
All bedrooms have large mirrors to help you get ready for that big night out and three bedrooms have a hair and make-up stations with Hollywood mirrors, hair dryers and towels are provided.
For families with babies or toddlers we can also provide you with a high chair and travel cot on request, there is no additional charge for this service.
No bookings can start or end on a Saturday unless the preceding two Friday's are booked.
We can also offer our guests unique pamper packages and additional services with our preferred pamper partners available on request...
- Private Chef; stunning seasonal food using fresh ingredients in a wide choice of regional styles from Mediterranean, Asian to Persian with the emphasis on fresh, delicious flavours.
- Afternoon tea, supplied with sandwiches and cakes.
- Natural spa packages - with all natural ingredients.
- Professional massage therapy (ranging from 15 minute express to one hour) provided by 'Treat Your Self Brighton'.

Parking recommendation - We recommend Brighton Coach Park which is a parking area which is a 12 minute walk away, however it is the cheapest and most secure parking in Brighton - location in Sussex Place postcode BN2 9QN.
All bed linen and towels are provided, plus basic toiletries. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Two single beds can be zipped together to provide a king size double bed on request when you book. Netflix and high speed WIFI are provided at no extra cost.
Please note with weekend bookings we will require you to book both Friday and Saturday nights.
Please note that the house is situated just off the Kemp Town high street called St James's Street, due to its central location you may hear some external noise from outside the house particularly on Friday and Saturday nights. There is also a pub opposite the house. Noise will be more apparent in the front two bedrooms, however we provide ear plugs for our guests convenience.
