Beautiful 2-bed Apartment In The Heart Of The City
Situated just minutes from Brighton Station and the hustle and bustle of the North Laine, this beautifully finished, contemporary two bedroom apartment is perfectly suited to families & friends. Finished in neutral tones with modern décor & furnishings and consisting of a sociable open-plan living space with dining area, lounge, kitchen with all major appliances and 2 double bedrooms it's the perfect place to escape and explore all Brighton has to offer!!
This stylish apartment is unique and packed full of colour and charm. Tucked away on a quiet side street in one of Brighton's most sought after locations your never to far from the action! With an array of independent businesses, coffee shops, bars/restaurants on your doorstep and just a short walk from the beach you really are spoilt for choice.
The kitchen, living and dining areas are all neatly zoned out to maximize and make best use of the space. Youâll find the fully fitted gloss white kitchen equipped with everything youâll need during your stay - thereâs an oven and hob, fridge with freezer box, wine/beer fridge, lots of space for preparation plus plenty of cutlery, glassware and cookware for use during your stay. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper and cooking oil.
The cosy, warm, living area features modern decor & furnishings, underfloor heating and includes the original fireplace. It really is a great space to socialise and gather with family and friends. In the evenings relax and unwind with a glass of wine on the large corner sofa which comfortably seats all guests. There's also a smart TV so you can stream/watch all your favourite programmes or films!
The spacious master bedroom oozes character & charm and is finished to a high standard in neutral tones with fitted mirrored wardrobes for all your clothes and belongings. We also provide fresh linen and towels for each guest to use during their stay.
The second bedroom is well proportioned and benefits from fitted wardrobes and a super-comfy double bed too!
Located just off the hall is the family bathroom which is fully tiled, has underfloor heating and features a contemporary white suite with shower and heated towel rail. Toiletries including hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are always provided.
The property is suitable for families with young children and we supply a Travel cot with mattress, High Chair & baby Bath for your little one!
Guest's have access to the entire property during their stay.

9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
10:00am - 4:00pm (Saturday)
Messages on the platform are periodically monitored until 8:00pm to ensure a smooth check-in and for emergency out of hours assistance during your stay where possible.
Located in the heart of the city in the North Laine, the property is surrounded by local independent shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal.
Brighton Pier and the seafront are a short walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown, Seven Dials, Preston Park or Hove.
** WALKING **
The best way to experience Brighton is on foot as everything is easily accessible and within walking distance. Whether you wish to stroll through the North Laine, walk along the beach, grab a drink, venture down to the undercliff's or loose track of time browsing through art galleries and stopping in coffee shops there really is something for everyone.
** BUSES & TAXIS **
There are plenty of buses running across the city 24/7, timetables can be found on the Brighton & Hove Buses App or Website. Taxis are available throughout the city and be found at traditional taxi ranks although most people prefer to use the Uber or FreeNow Taxi Apps which are more cost effective.
** PARKING **
Parking can be challenging across the city and it is recommended this is booked in advance where possible. Brighton Station has some of the best-priced parking in the central area. The nearest car park to the property is Trafalgar Street Car Park approximately a 5 minute walk away.
** TRAIN **
Brighton train station is located just a short 3 minute walk from the property and direct trains run regularly from London and beyond.
** CYCLING **
Bikes can be hired from hundreds of locations across Brighton & Hove with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme and are a great way to explore the city and its surrounding areas. We recommend the cycle path along the under cliff's that takes you as far as Rottingdean & Saltdean.
- Please remove your shoes when inside the property.
- No smoking, parties, events or additional guests.
- Strictly NO Pets are allowed within the property.
- Located in the heart of the North Laine, you are subject to the noise and hubbub of a brilliant city centre location.
- We require a copy of ID from each guests aged 18 & over prior to arrival for security and insurance purposes. This is held inline with GDPR regulations, and deleted 10 days after your stay.
- Please remove your shoes when inside the property.
- Please be considerate of neighbouring properties at all times.
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10:00pm.
- Strictly no additional guests, events or parties.
- No smoking within the property (Evidence of smoking will result in a ÂŁ75 fine)
- Unless agreed in advance, late checkouts will incur a fee of ÂŁ20 per hour.
- If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and require assistance there will be a minimum charge of ÂŁ25.
- In the event that keys are lost, stolen, missing or not returned to the correct location guests will be charged for the replacement and/or to change the locks if deemed required.
