Villa da Zia Martina, recently renovated, consists of three adjacent apartments, all leading to a charming shared space. The common area includes a 4x8-meter swimming pool with a depth of 1.25 meters (the pool will be continuously monitored to ensure proper hygienic conditions), perfect for cooling off during hot summer days or enjoying pleasant evenings in good company. Around the pool, you will find 9 sunbeds for your relaxation.

Each apartment features a spacious triple bedroom (double bed + single bed) of about 5x5 meters with high star-vaulted masonry ceilings; a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, worktops, fridge, and a capsule coffee machine (capsules included); a large bathroom with a spacious shower; and a private porch with a PVC lounge area. A crib is available upon request.

All openings are equipped with mosquito nets, and air conditioning is available in all rooms.

There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack, and a service bathroom for the pool (without having to enter the house from the pool); 2 outdoor showers for convenient post-swim rinsing.

A convenient public street parking area is large and easily accessible.

Small pets are welcome! An extra cleaning fee will be charged for sanitizing the environment. Water, gas, air conditioning, toilet paper, soap, and shower towels are included in the cost.

The first supply of sheets and towels is included in the reservation. Extra supplies of sheets and towels must be booked in advance and will incur an additional charge.

Alliste is a picturesque town located in the heart of Salento, known for its tranquil and authentic atmosphere. Just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast, Alliste offers a strategic location to explore the wonders of Salento.

The charming beaches of Torre San Giovanni are about 8 km away, while the coast of Marina di Alliste is just 5 km. Nearby towns include Torre Suda (7 km), Capilungo (5 km), and Mancaversa (8 km), all easily reachable.

Gallipoli: The lively city of Gallipoli, famous for its beaches and nightlife, is only 20 km away.
