The Space:
This beautifully updated 2-bedroom apartment features a bright, open-concept layout with modern finishes and thoughtful design throughout. The living space is warm and inviting, perfect for both relaxing at home and entertaining, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable dining area and with air conditioning and heating throughout. With its fresh aesthetic, move-in ready condition, and central address, it makes an ideal pied-à-terre, investment, or long-term city home.
Guest Access:
Our apartment offers self check-in, but we can also arrange a personal meet-and-greet upon your arrival for an additional fee. Feel free to ask! At check-out, please return the keys to the lockbox and ensure it’s securely locked for the next guests.

Getting Around:
Explore Lisbon with ease from our centrally located Chiado apartment. Key transport links including trains, trams, the metro, and buses are conveniently close, making trips to Sintra, Cascais, Margem Sul or anywhere north of Lisbon effortless. For destinations off the beaten path, inexpensive and reliable taxi and Uber services are readily available. This prime location ensures that navigating the city and beyond is seamless, allowing you to maximize your Lisbon adventure
Other Things to Note:
Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two. If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or other equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed. Meet and greet service available for an additional fee (€45.00 for arrivals 20:00-23:00, €60.00 for post-23:00 arrivals). Tourist Tax: Municipalities have introduced Tourist Tax and requires hosts to collect from tourists who stay in tourist accommodation such as hotels, B&Bs or vacation rentals as a contribution to the maintenance of local facilities regardless of nationality. When applicable, it is the host’s responsibility to collect the tax from tourist at the prevailing rate and pass it on to the municipalities/regions. Rates can change from year to year and council to council. Please check your reservation for details. Quiet Hours: 23:00-07:00. Please be considerate. Restrictions: No parties/loud music, no additional guests without approval, and no pets. Kindly ensure compliance with these guidelines to make your stay enjoyable for everyone involved.
