Bienvenue dans ce magnifique immeuble de trois étages situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Sortez juste à votre porte et marchez jusqu'à la belle plage. Vous aurez votre propre plage privée qui n'est jamais bondée comme les autres condos de grande hauteur de la région. Et vous aurez deux chaises de plage et un parasol en attente de votre utilisation personnelle chaque matin pendant les mois d'été. Prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'à cette unité spacieuse au deuxième étage avec carrelage et moquette, 1 chambre avec lit king size et 1 salle de bain. Vous avez votre propre laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo, une alcôve couloir avec lits superposés, WIFI gratuit et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit. Le salon / salle à manger offre un lit escamotable intégré et un joli bar avec évier. Vous pouvez sortir sur votre balcon privé donnant sur le scintillant golfe du Mexique! Jouez dans la piscine chauffée et le bain à remous en bord de mer ou sortez sur l'une des plus belles plages du monde.

Beachfront Bliss

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I traveled to Seafarer 111 the first week of June ‘24 with my son & daughter. The space was great and right on the beach. There was plenty of parking and the check in process was easy. Access to the beach with service included was perfect since we flew in. The beach attendant was helpful and kind. The pool is small but we most often had the whole thing to ourselves.The condo was comfortable and well appointed. We cooked most meals and even baked a cake. It had everything we needed except for grill tools. I picked up a set from Target easy peasy. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. The Murphy bed was a bonus for my teen daughter to have her own big bed. I’d stay here again and recommend to others.

Only small thing I would change is our bedroom didn’t get dark because of the lights outside. The shutters didn’t quite work all the way. But I’m still coming back regardless!

Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Mattress could have been better but wasn’t anything to complain about. We’ll be back!

Great stay

We really enjoyed the stay. Spacious room to hold a family of 6 and enough room to let the kids play. The balcony was great for watching the dolphins every morning and beautiful view of the sand/ocean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and enough storage room. Washer/dryer in the room was a lifesaver for us. Clean room and friendly service!

Beautiful ocean views and sunsets!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose the Seafarer because it was right on the ocean! And a bonus, we got to see the sun set from our patio every evening, it was usually spectacular! The staff and other guests were so friendly and helpful. Our unit was very nicely appointed with a relaxing beach vibe and everything we needed in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this property and our unit #111 to friends and family. We were right in the middle of the action -- many stores, restaurants and attractions only blocks away. The only small negatives were 1) our dishwasher leaked, so we ended up doing dishes during our stay (which was fine, as we do dishes at home) and we needed to purchase ice cube trays and more hangers (which we left for the next guests)! If we come back to Destin, we would make Seafarer our #1 choice to book! Thank you to the unit owners for sharing their beautiful condo with us, we had a wonderful time!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband fellow down wet concrete stairs outside the rental office to get to the beach. He missed 3 steps and ended up fracturing his tailbone. He went to his doctor when we returned home and received the diagnosis. He was not able to sit at all in the chairs down at the beach.The furniture in the room was not comfortable at all for him which caused him to stand the majority of his time in the condo. The very small loveseat was not at all comfortable and there should hv been a couch for more seating. He also onbrhe the second day walked through the screen door, almost fell, and bruised the bottom of his foot. The cost of the unit even without my husband getting hurt was overpriced. The office staff told me they would hv the manager call and never did. Having to use yr condo key to get into the pool was ridiculous. When my husband fell and was laying on the ground a guest or owner just looked at him and didn't even ask if he was OK. We would not recommend this to anyone. There are no vending machines, the pool was small, and MIT bring able to take a cooler was stupid.we feel we should get some money back and had no problem paying the screen foor.ny husband was not able to enjoy this trip and it caused added stress on both of us. Never heard from mgt
