Profiter des belles plages de sable blanc de la cĂŽte d'Ă©meraude. DĂ©tendez-vous sur votre balcon privĂ© de 30 pieds avec une vue spectaculaire sur le front de mer.

Fabuleux grande cuisine ouverte avec comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size; plat du cĂąble de l'Ă©cran / DVD; stores opaques.
Maßtre de bain attenante a surdimensionné douche à l'italienne et la vanité seule avec comptoir de granit.

My only complaint is one of the elevators was broken and the other one is very slow, we ended up taking the stairs, up 7 floors, most of the time.

Everything was as it said and we had a wonderful trip. The only thing that my husband and i didnt Like was the smell of ammonia/cat pee in the master bedroom. We kept the balcony door open the first night and then bought a bunch of Fabreeze but it still smelled.

What a View!!!

So convenient !!! Best beach spot !!! We saw dolphins!!! We should’ve stayed longer
 A few tips for future rentals
 You should provide the basic seasonings .. sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon etc and cooking oil spray at least
 another tip.. At least provide 1-2 pods of detergent for washing clothes 
 That would’ve been so helpful.. After a long drive, the last thing we wanted to do was go to the market for minor things

This is the first time in years that we both agreed at the airport on our flight out that we would be back to Destin and, more specifically, Breakers East #703.The property and location exceeded our expectations.VERY clean, VERY organized, and everything you need. Well-stocked kitchen. It was like home.Bathrooms and Kitchen - SPOTLESS. Big plus.Master bedroom - bed was very comfortable—great view from the room of the ocean. The second bedroom has two queens, we didn't need them but the room was spacious and inviting.Carolyn and her team were excellent. Responsive and accommodating. Some owners will not provide their cell phones. Carolyn encouraged you to text or call directly to her with any issues or concerns. Excellent customer service. The location was PERFECT for the beach. Walk out the back door of this building onto a very private beach area. Steps away.The beach service of the two chairs and the umbrella INCLUDED with your stay is a GREAT touch.Nice pool, clean and inviting.This property is HIGHLY recommended. Lovely place

Check in instructions were sent via email days prior to check in, as well as a follow up text to make sure we received our check in instructions. The rooms were clean and sheets were soft!! The kitchen had all the appliances, dishes, and utensils you would ever need. Wonderful place!

Wonderful Condo

95% wonderful the only negative was that the refrigerator "cubed" function didn't work and only made crushed ice. We had to keep bags of ice on hand to use for cooler/drinks.

Great location

The property has a fantastic location. Watching g the sun rise on the patio was spectacular. The amenities were great. Overall we had a great stay. The house overall was very clean except for the floors. They were sticky and we bought a mop to clean the floors which the mop pads weee black after 3 cleanings. Other than the floors everything was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again.

Sitting on the balcony we were able to enjoy the view while dolphins gracefully swam down the beach. Any problems or questions our assistant Ms Carolyn was amazing and responded quickly. There is Chick-fil-A and Waffle House are located across the street. While Duncan Donuts is right beside the complex. Will not regret staying here. Enjoy!!

As advertised. Easy to book and super easy check-in. Email from unit manager gave all codes and info needed for a really stress free arrival. Unit was clean and everything was in order. Kitchen was stocked with everything that one could need! Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Great location on the beach. Easy to follow directions for check-out too!
