Coral Reef Club est une destination favorite récemment rénovée et plus charmante que jamais.

Coral Reef Club est situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique, au cœur de Destin, à distance de marche des magasins et certains des meilleurs restaurants de Destin. Cette propriété se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture du parc d'attractions Track et du parc aquatique Big Kahunas. À une courte distance en voiture, vous vous rendez à la meilleure pêche à la mer profonde et aux sports nautiques!

Cette propriété est un complexe de condominium pittoresque de trois étages qui comprend une piscine, un jeu de palets et des barbecues au charbon. La plage comprend plus de 300 pieds de front de mer immaculée avec une pelouse côté golfe et un service de plage saisonnier.

Ce Condo lumineux et ensoleillé de 1 chambre situé au rez-de-chaussée s'ouvre sur votre propre patio privé pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur le sable cristallin et les magnifiques eaux vert émeraude. Vous pouvez marcher tout droit sur les dunes de sable blanc jusqu'à la plage qui ressemble à votre propre plage privée! Profitez de vos deux chaises de plage et d'un parapluie qui est installé et vous attend! (Le service de plage est saisonnier) Vous et votre famille êtes sûr de profiter chaque minute ici au Coral Reef Club, où le personnel de la réception et les Beach Attendants sont prêts à vous aider de quelque façon que ce soit.

La chambre principale contient un lit king size, 2 lits superposés dans le couloir et un canapé-lit queen size dans le salon.

L'unité a un mobilier mis à jour, 2 salles de bain complètes, une avec une douche incroyable et une laveuse / sécheuse dans votre unité pour votre usage. Vous avez une cuisine entièrement équipée pour répondre à tous vos besoins de cuisson.

We highly recommend this location (and especially this unit) to anyone. I would suggest considering using a Keurig instead of a full coffee pot as it is very wasteful to purchase such a large amount of filters at the store just to throw them away when we are done. Or possibly supply filters in the condo.

Used to be a good value but considering other property next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property 6 or 8 times over the last 10 years. Some units are better than others (its and older facility). Housekeeping is great but new property manager was very rude. We rented 3 units and had some family arrive early and they were treated very poorly by the manager. She treated them like they were loitering and told them they had to leave. The prior manager was wonderful and would never talk to guests this way. Other items of note, there was some broken glass just under the edge of the refrigerator, not a huge deal but we did have some toddlers with us, and it was somewhat concerning. Furnishings vary by unit, some have better cooking equipment, cookware, plates, appliances, etc. Last thing, prices have been on a steep rise over the years. We usually stay Saturday to Saturday (8 days, 7 nights) during the first week of June. Our last stay was June 4 - June 11, 2022, in a first-floor unit, a similar week and unit for 2023 has increased more than $1,000 per week. Unfortunately, we have to look elsewhere as the pricing is no longer within our budget for our growing family. Otherwise, my wife and I love this facility and it's location but it is hard to recommend to friends and family going forward.

Reviewer Comments: The owner of this condo needs to spend some money on this unit. Dirty drapes, dangerous area rug, filthy carpet in bedroom, too much clutter in general. Nothing to get you started—I.e., dish soap or salt and pepper. There were small bars of soap. We’ve been going to the Coral Reef for years and are always pleased. This was not pleasant!

Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect except for our patio was under construction with some tile work (luckily we still able to use it) and construction crews took majority of the parking lot so we had to use the auxiliary lot. It would’ve made more since yo have construction crews use the auxiliary lot for the customers.
