Ce condo a tellement d'améliorations qu'il est difficile de toutes les énumérer! Lorsque vous franchissez la porte, vous savez que vos vacances sont fantastiques! Avec un mobilier mis à jour et de belles tuiles dans toute l'unité, je sais qu'il saura répondre à tous vos besoins! Avec 2 salles de bain complètes et une laveuse / sécheuse dans votre unité, vos vacances seront relaxantes et amusantes! Le condo a une cuisine entièrement équipée pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. Et une chambre principale qui n'attend que vous pour vous détendre après une journée à la plage. Un incroyable salon avec foyer électrique et téléviseur grand écran menant directement à la pelouse verte et aux eaux émeraudes du golfe.

Coral Reef Club est situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique, au cœur de Destin, à quelques minutes à pied des boutiques et de certains des meilleurs restaurants de Destin. Cet établissement se trouve à quelques minutes de route du parc d'attractions Track et du parc aquatique Big Kahunas. Vous êtes à une courte distance en voiture des quais de pêche étonnants pour certaines des meilleures pêches en haute mer que vous puissiez vivre.

Cette propriété est une destination favorite récemment rénovée et plus charmante que jamais.

Votre condo est situé dans un complexe de condominiums pittoresque de trois étages comprenant une piscine, un jeu de palets et des barbecues au charbon. La plage comprend plus de 300 pieds de front de mer vierge avec une pelouse du côté du golfe et un service de plage saisonnier.

Cette belle unité de 1 chambre située au rez-de-chaussée s'ouvre sur votre propre patio privé pour profiter de la vue imprenable sur le sable cristallin et les eaux vert émeraude. Vous pouvez vous promener à travers les dunes de sable blanc jusqu'à la plage qui ressemble à votre propre plage privée! Profitez de vos deux chaises de plage et parasol qui vous attendent! (Le service de plage est saisonnier) Vous et votre famille profiterez certainement de chaque minute au Coral Reef Club, où le personnel de la réception et les préposés à la plage sont prêts à vous aider.

La chambre principale contient un lit king size, 2 lits superposés dans le couloir et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon.

Great location, great service, all units we have stayed in have been great and the beach access is superb. This particular unit at this time is fine but it is due to be refreshed. 7 Days at Emerald Coast Condo

The great beauty is in location and access to beautiful Beach and Destin Amenities. Great for 2 people with 2 children. We have traveled to Destin since the 1990's and this has become our go to place to stay.

Next year we are sharing a 3rd floor with my sister in law and her family but since we like 8 so much, my mother in law booked 8!!! Kitchen is fully equipped (which I appreciate bc I love to cook), the master bed is super comfortable, and the location is PERFECT!

Oh what a wonderful place to be!

This condo complex is great. There are rules regarding quiet hours which makes it a perfect & relaxing place for your family. The staff were welcoming, kind, professional, and responsive. We had a small issue with our fridge & they came & fixed it expeditiously. Their private beach was amazing; not crowded due to the small number of condos and a very shallow sandbar very close to the shore with a short distance of waist-deep (for adults) water to get to it. The kids had a blast walking on the sandbar & jumping off of it. The chairs and umbrella were already set up every day for our convenience. This was a much needed reprieve for us & came at just the right time!

It was better than the one we stayed in last year, mainly because there was a second bathroom with a shower. Both showers were great! The unit could use an overall deep clean, especially the kitchen cabinets. A vacuum would be useful inside the unit to deal with the sand. Location couldn't be more perfect with a short walk down to the beach. Easy to head back up to grab lunch or something you may have forgotten.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean. Everything was functional. The unit needs a coffee table instead of a travel trunk. Several of the wall outlets need to be replaced. The maintenance man changed out 2 outlets and the switch to the overhead outlet in the kitchen. After he left we found several other outlets that were loose. Big problem is the ceiling. We could hear every step the people in the unit about us took. All the people in the office were very helpful and friendly.

I would recommend that the owner replace the two chairs in the living area. One is way too low and the other doesn't recline at all. Other than the chairs, this is a great unit and we plan to rent it again next year. Thanks to the management, desk people and especially to the cleaning staff.

Outstanding Property conditions, location and customer service

This has been the best experience we have had in renting a vacation property. This place is very conveniently located just a few steps to the beach and in a great neighborhood. Cleanliness and excellent taste of the furniture and decoration enhanced our enjoyment during our stay. Extremely recommendable place.
