The doors open onto the patio with seating area and sun loungers overlooking the pool, plunge pool and garden.

First floor:
The second floor consists of a spacious open plan living area with flat screen TV, Kitchen, dining and breakfast Island with bathroom. This opens out on the balcony with breath taking views over the famous Mullins Beach.

Rooftop:
The magical roof terrace has a special dining area and inside kitchen perfect for a lovely meal and drinks overlooking the Bajan sunset.

Parking for two cars at the front. At the back of the development there is a gate for easy access to the beach.

The bus stop is just to the left of the villa opposite Seashed restaurant. The bus takes you to Holetown, Speightstown or Bridgeton.
