The property is less than 250 metres from the small cove of Grunta Beach. Set along the stunning coastline of Mortehoe, it is less than half a mile to reach Combesgate and then Woolacombe Beach. The charming village of Mortehoe offers a perfect mix of history, natural beauty, and coastal adventure and hosts a fascinating heritage centre. A scenic walk to Morte Point (1.5 miles) rewards you with breathtaking coastal views.
Enter this splendid three-storey coastal home and enjoy the wonderful natural light streaming through the windows and the relaxing coastal hues.
