The main villa features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 king size rooms with one an en-suite and a further twin room, all within an open-plan single level layout. The main villa has air conditioning in the living room and also the king size bedroom with electric fans provided in the other bedrooms. The spacious open plan living area with panoramic sea views has a smart TV and international channels. The kitchen and dining room are well-equipped for all your culinary needs, and there's even a dedicated workspace for those who may need to balance work and play. The property also offers plenty of secure off-road parking, ensuring convenience and peace of mind. Pets are warmly welcome with prior consent, making this an ideal getaway for the whole family.
Down a short flight of steps and you are entering a charming lower-level apartment which provides an additional twin bedroom and a cosy child-only single room, the apartment comes complete with its own galley kitchen and living room area with a flat screen TV (not smart TV).

There are extensive family activities in the nearby area such as Golf, tennis, cycle paths and water sports at the beach. The nearest resort town of Moraira offers a fantastic range shops, bars and restaurants and there are a number of beaches within 10 minutes drive. The centre of Moraira , with its blue flag award beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, is a 10 minute drive and a car is essential when staying at this villa.
Moraira is a magical beach-side town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and ex-pat residents.
