Réveillez-vous aux magnifiques vues du Golfe à partir de cette unité mise à jour et terminée sur le condo du 4ème étage du High Pointe Resort. Il est situé à seulement 150 mètres de la plage et à quelques pas de la piscine de la lagune. «High on Life» est parfaitement situé sur le côté de la plage de 30A. Juste près de Rosemary Beach (littéralement 1 bloc) et à 3-4 minutes à pied de la plage d'Alys.

Les restaurants et les magasins locaux, la location de vélos, la location de chaises de plage, les cafés et les magasins de crème glacée sont à proximité de cette communauté fermée haut de gamme. Crabby Steve's est sur le seul restaurant situé sur la plage qui est réservé aux propriétaires et invités de High Pointe. Excellentes vues sur l'océan depuis ce magnifique condo qui a une si bonne sensation de "plage". L'unité de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse-sécheuse GE, 4 TVS, un wifi gratuit, un câble et de grands balcons donnant sur l'océan, la piscine et les toits de Rosemary Beach. Quai du dernier étage / unité finale, donc il n'y a personne au-dessus de vous pour faire du bruit.

Les extras de la saison haute (sous réserve de modifications) du 15 mars au 31 octobre:

Great unit located above the pool. We have visited High Pointe for many years with our family, making some great memories. Outstanding pool, hot tub, baby pool. Crabby Steve’s is so convenient. Perfect beach. We’ll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was perfect for our vacation. The Unit exceeded expectations, and the Owner was very responsive. The Property was also very nice and not crowded at all. We stayed during peak season and while the area was very crowded the Pool and Beach at the High Pointe Property was not.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the unit and complex. Access to the beach and pool are great. We really enjoyed the walkability of the location. We appreciated that two of bedrooms had king beds. We suggest upgrading the room with 2 doubles to 2 sets of bunk beds. Good to know: the bedroom just off the front entrance gets all the morning sun and gets quite warm compared to the rest of the unit. This bedroom also hears all the music from across the street until 9 pm or so. You can bring your own umbrella and chairs to the beach. You may not bring a tent. Overall we had an enjoyable time.

Nice relaxing stay!

My family loved our time here. The property was clean, well appointed and in a great location. We had plenty of space and enjoyed all the amenities with the pool and patio. The only negative that I think we had was you could tell the property was aging and could use some updates. But that didn't impact our time there at all. We wouldn't hesitate to return another time.

A hidden gem!

We have stayed at hi-pointe numerous times and have always loved our stay - this condo did not disappoint! The condo is super spacious and welcoming. Yes, there could have been some cosmetic updates as others mentioned, but I would argue that the condo is updated even since the listing pictures were taken. You cannot beat the location to the beach/pool/restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Thanks for your review. New sliders have been ordered for the condo and will be here soon. We do keep them maintained weekly so they do work. It was unfortunate the master bedroom door was hard to close but I was in direct communication with the guest and never heard back from them until day of departure when they asked for a late check out foe 2pm. Beach towels are not provided as it states in the arrival information. Bath towels, kitchen supplies and all Linens are. This is a great unit with lots of new furniture, indoor and outdoor..

Great location but unit was unclean!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Rosemary/Seacrest area and have stayed at High Pointe many times before. High Pointe has a great pool and beautiful beach. The unit we rented through Coastal Blue Vacations was a big disappointment. The unit was not cleaned properly and the master bath had mold. I noticed that this unit had a bad write up about the cleaning in may on the web site- so disappointed that Coastal Blue didn’t pay any attention to the write ups! Will rent at High Pointe again but not happy with Coastal Blue Vacation rentals!

Thanks for the review. This is a great unit and I'm sorry the guest were disappointed. The master bath did have a small spot in the corner that was under the caulk (not a cleaning issue) and has totally been re-caulked. This unit has new carpet, new living room rug and it kept up very well. I was in contact with the guest several times and was unaware of any other issues with unit. We have went over the small details with our cleaners and assure you that this unit is clean and well maintained.

Great Area, very private but lacking basic kitchen accessories

Accommodations were just as expected. Very comfortable for our week in Rosemary Beach. This is 4th floor corner unit with a view of the pool and beach and very private. Overall property was safe and secure without any excessive traffic. Security guards were friendly and helpful. There were many issues during our stay but property management and maintenance staff were very responsive. My only criticism is the kitchen cookware and utensils were not suitable even for a basic cook. All were very mismatch and low quality (pots and pans without lids and lids without bottom, utensils with cracked handles and dull knives). It was comparable to riffling through someone's junk drawer. We did not watch much TV during our stay but when we did, TV, remotes and connections needed management attention. Apologies for the unfavorable observation but an opportunity to upgrade for future stays.

Great trip, nice unit, wonderful weather!

Reviewer Comments: The unit had great view of the ocean, pool area & was in an ideal location, right across the street from Peddlers Pavilion with cute little shops, restaurants & entertainment on the lawn every night. No need for a car, if you fly in, have plenty to do within walking distance. We liked the security of a gated property. Arm bands are needed to access private beach area, as well as coming & going at the entrance. Access down to beach would be very difficult for anyone with mobility problems. LOTS OF STEPS! There is a series of “switchback” ramps, that can be used in place of steps, but unless you can walk distances with no problem, this would be very difficult to almost impossible to maneuver. We did not bring my 81 yr. old mother, she has mobility issues & she would not have been able to visit the beach. We were not aware of this before we arrived. This info should be part of the listing info, as well as pics. Unit was well stocked, clean, needs a little updating in master bath & a few other areas, but nothing that kept us from having a wonderful stay. One thing that may cause this unit to fall short, is NOT providing umbrella/chair setup for the unit. Many units in this same property had included beach setup, with the rental. We were told that we could bring our own beach chairs, but not our own umbrella, which is incorrect. The HOA prefers that you rent from their vendor onsite. Gabriel with Le Dolce Vita rentals was great, loved him! Rental info should also be shared in rental listing info, so renters are aware & prepared for $60 a day for 2 chairs & 1 umbrella or $30 a day for a single umbrella. We luckily had brought our own chairs, wish we had brought our umbrellas. You can use them, they just don’t volunteer that info. You will have to setup behind the front row of rentals. Kim with Coastal Blue was always very helpful & prompt in her replies. Had a wonderful week in this unit & would not hesitate in renting again.

Short week at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect for everything in town and being close to the beach was ideal to easily go back and forth from the rental. I especially appreciated the private beach that was so much less crowded than the beaches on either side. Having the pool was great when the surf got a little rough. Lastly, the service from the management was over the top responsive! She answered every question promptly and took care of all our needs. I'd highly recommend.

High on Life Spring Break Stay

We traveled had 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 8-13 years old. Here are a few things to note.1)Location is A+++++. You are walking distance to beach with private access to beach. The pool and hot tub are also right there. We have stayed in Rosemary and other places along 30a and this location is the best.2) Crabby steves had good food, drinks, bathrooms, and atmosphere. This was a huge bonus to us. It wasn't overly crowded bc you have to be staying at high point to eat there.3) Our family loved playing pickle ball. The courts have lights for evening play as well. We played constantly and loved this.4) We are very picky about the cleanliness of the places we stay and were pleasantly surprised at how clean the unit was.5) The beds were comfortable and room sizes were generous.6) The community is gated so you don't get the over crowding which we liked.7) We loved Peddlers pavilion across the street which has live music every night. There are plenty of places to eat, drink or get some desert while listening to live music.7) This place is so family friendly and quiet in the evenings. They take this very serious and have security strolling the place at night. If you are looking for night life this isn't' your place. Very family friendly environment.8) Contact was great and prompt with any issues we had. Our toaster stopped working and she quickly had a new one delivered. She was quick to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed out stay. Not much negative to say about High on Life or the area but a few things to mention.The unit is a worn in areas but nothing that kept it from being clean and usable. We expect that from all the use these places get. The pool was stated to be heated but they didn't heat it while we were there and it was very chilly. This has nothi
