Summary:

Villa Eugenia is a luxury Marche villa, with accommodation split between a 6 bedroom villa and 2 separate dependences within the grounds. In total the villa can sleep up to 20 guests in 10 bedrooms. The villa is set in beautiful gardens which enjoy phenomenal views over the surrounding countryside to Ostra Vetere in the distance.



The Space:

As you enter the main villa, you find yourself in a stunning entrance hall. A beautiful living space is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and has a billiards table dating from the 1920s for guests to enjoy. A selection of board games is also provided for your entertainment. There is also a dining area to one side of this area. With views onto the garden, it's the perfect setting to enjoy breakfast or an evening meal. The kitchen sits to the right hand side of the entrance hall. This is a modern, well equipped kitchen with 6 ring gas hob, large oven and American style fridge freezer.



A contemporary staircase leads to the first floor of the villa. On the first floor, there are five spacious bedrooms. The first of these is a large double bedroom with dual aspect windows overlooking the garden. It has an ensuite shower room. The second and third bedrooms are similar in size and also have ensuite bathrooms. Please note that these rooms are extremely spacious, so if required, it may be possible to add an extra bed into these bedrooms. There is then a further double bedroom and a triple bedroom with both a double and single bed. Please note that the fourth and fifth bedrooms on this floor share a bathroom with bath tub with overhead shower. This is a great family bathroom and has a stunning marble table which doubles up as a baby changing table for families travelling with infants.



A narrow set of stairs leads to the top floor of the property where guests will find the master bedroom suite. It is furnished with a desk, sofa and large double bed and has an ensuite bathroom with shower.



The first dependence sits to the side of the gardens. This is slightly more traditional in design. It boasts an open plan living and dining area. Doors lead from here to a private terrace. A kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring hob, oven and microwave. There are then 2 bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed and the second has 2 single beds. These share a bathroom with shower, WC and sink. There is also a separate WC.



The second dependence sits to the other side of the villa. Guests enter into an open plan living and dining area. There is a sofa bed here should guests need additional sleeping capacity. There is also a small kitchen. It also has 2 bedrooms. The first of these is a double bedroom. The second is furnished with a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own shower room. This is slightly more modern in style than the other dependence.



The interiors are elegant throughout both the dependences and the main villa. The decor perfectly combines original features with modern, contemporary design. Guests will be struck by the beauty of the wooden doors. Chandeliers stand out against the neutral tones of the furnishings.



The outside space is just as idyllic. A large pool measuring 17 x 5 metres is the perfect place to enjoy a few lengths. Sun beds arranged around it provide the perfect spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the sunshine. The pool is open from April to October each year. There are two stunning covered terraces for al fresco dining, one covered with beautiful wisteria. Large lawns provide space for ball games for those travelling with children.



The Neighborhood:

This luxury Marche villa is perfectly placed to explore the very best that this region has to offer. It's just a 40 minute drive from the spectacular Connero beaches, 45 minutes from the Renaissance town of Urbino and an easy drive to other sights such as the Frassassi Caves and the Furlo Gorge. There are numerous small villages and towns to explore nearby including Ostra Vetere, Jesi, Corinaldo and Mondavio. It's also close to Acqualagna, famous for its delicious truffles. And it's perfect for those who love the great outdoors with activities such as cycling and horse riding both close at hand too.
