Wally’s Terrace Apartment is located on the highest floor of the refined Residence alle Moie, consisting of 7 apartments and completed in 2024. It is located a short distance from the old center of Pai above and about 6 km from Torri del Benaco and Brenzone.

The residence is reached by a steep road and allows you to enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Garda.



The apartment consists of a large living room with a cozy sofa and a smart flat screen TV, ideal for relaxing moments, and a dining area overlooking large windows, giving you a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake.



The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooker and dishwasher. To fully enjoy the beautiful view, you can have lunch on the covered outdoor terrace, equipped with a dining table and an outdoor lounge.



The two cozy bedrooms offer tranquility and comfort. The master bedroom is equipped with a large queen size bed, a spacious wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. From the bathroom you can go out on the outside terrace at the back of the apartment.

The second bedroom has two bunk beds and a small desk and guests of this room can use the bathroom with shower located in the corridor.



The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated with heat pump and has a washing machine.



The highlight of this apartment is the rooftop terrace. It is reached by an internal staircase and is equipped with sun loungers, a lounge with sofas that welcomes all guests and a splendid Jacuzzi with panoramic view.



The swimming pool of the Residence, with a splendid view on the lake, is the ideal place to spend time in a hot day. . We provide two beds for your complete relaxation.

Two uncovered parking spaces are available within a private parking area.
