All guests must be over 25 years old (excluding families with children).
All guests must pay a security deposit, provide ID and agree to the guest T&C's prior to staying.
Welcome to our spacious and stylish flat, set over two floors, located in a vibrant and popular coastal town. Whether you're looking for a family-friendly holiday, a group getaway, or a comfortable base for a business trip, our flat has everything you need.
On the first floor, you'll find as stylishly decorated living room, offering plenty of space for relaxing, socializing, or watching a movie on the smart TV. Dining area for entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a quick snack or preparing a gourmet meal, and it comes complete with all the modern appliances you need, including a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The large master bedroom boasts a king-size double bed, while the second bedroom features two single beds
Upstairs, you'll find 3 comfortable and thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, providing sleeping arrangements for up to seven guests. . The third bedroom features a single bed, while the fourth bedroom is ideal for children, featuring a bunk bed.
The second floor features a shower room, ensuring that there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready in the morning.
For added convenience, we have a double sofa bed available on request, allowing our flat to accommodate up to nine guests in total. We also provide super-fast WiFi throughout the flat, ensuring that you can stay connected at all times.

The property has a lockbox entry for easy hassle-free access. Check-in information is sent at 4pm the day before arrival.
Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to sign our T&Cs, provide a copy of valid ID, and pay a security deposit through our own booking system for your stay to go ahead.
We expect our guests to offer clear transparency and honesty for the reason of their stay to ensure we are adhering to government guidelines and laws regarding travel and overnight stays.
We are available Monday-Sunday, from 10am - 8pm.
Once your booking is confirmed the telephone number will be sent to you on a messaging system that you can also use to contact us.
We will return calls or messages as soon as we can.
* All guests must be over 25 years old.
* All guests must pay a deposit, provide ID and agree to the guest T&C's prior to staying.
* This property is more suitable for families and contractors than lively groups due to its quiet residential location. The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit.
*Quiet time is between 10pm until 8am.
*We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.
Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy and pay a damage deposit in order for your booking to go ahead. Shortly after your booking is made, you will be sent an external link for this to be completed. This is a mandatory condition prior to your stay.
We retain the right to cancel the reservation without refund for any refusal to complete these requests after the reservation has been booked. Our cancellation policy applies to any cancellation made based on the refusal of our Terms.
