Recently refurbished to a high standard, The Stanley house is a modern, fresh, 3-bedroom property, ideal for families and business stays alike. A Large terraced house with accommodation over 2 floors, the property is in a fantastic position for access to the surrounding amenities on offer in Northumberland.
You must be min 25 years old to stay at this property.
All bookings require a security deposit, valid ID and agreement of the guest T&C's prior to staying. Not suitable for loud parties.
The first bedroom has 3 single beds, 2 of which can be pushed together to make a large double. The room comes with an en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom is setup as 2 singles.
The third bedroom is set up as a 2 single beds, these can also be pushed together. All of the rooms offer guests a comfortable sleep in beautifully decorated surroundings.
The property also has a modern, well-appointed and fully equipped kitchen. There is a tastefully decorated living space, to relax in. The dining room is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a table comfortably seating 8. A wonderfully fresh home from home!
The property has a lockbox entry for easy hassle-free access. Check-in information is sent at 4pm the day before arrival.
Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to sign our T&Cs, provide a copy of valid ID, and pay a security deposit through our own booking system for your stay to go ahead.
We expect our guests to offer clear transparency and honesty for the reason of their stay to ensure we are adhering to government guidelines and laws regarding travel and overnight stays.
We are available Monday-Sunday, from 10am - 8pm.
Once your booking is confirmed the telephone number will be sent to you on a messaging system that you can also use to contact us.
We will return calls or messages as soon as we can.
All guests must be over 25 years old (excluding families with children)

This property is more suitable for families and contractors than lively groups due to its quiet residential location.
The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit.
We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.
