Welcome to our beautiful house in NEWCASTLE upon TYNE.
We hope you enjoy your stay!.
We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home.
The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
The property is an end terrace period house - Newly Refurbished to a High Standard Throughout in a Quiet family friendly street.
Staying here allows you access to the private yard with outdoor furniture in a sun trap area.
Oh, and itâs pet-friendly too! We even have a special pet bed for small pets!
The newly fitted kitchen has a table with 4 chairs, a fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax in a quiet street - and offers a television and internet access.
The lounge is spacious with a 3 piece lazy boy suite, coffee table and TV.
The dining room has a table with 6 chairs.
There are 5 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 9 adults. Also there is a small single bed suitable for a child.
First Floor - 4 bedrooms - 2 Super kings 1 King, and one single.
Separate bathroom - shower and bath toiletries provided
Loft Room - En Suite - King Size bed and small single suitable for a child.
Downstairs there is a toilet.
Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included.
HEATING:
The property has a Radiator in each room and is heated via the boiler in the kitchen. The heating is automatic and will come on and off at certain times of the day.
HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are very welcome at the property.
TRANSPORT & AMENITIES
The property is close to Newcastle town centre, with bus stops close by.
The metro station - Chillingham Road is 0.9 miles approximately 20 min walk.
Jesmond Metro Station - 1.4 miles 30 minutes walk.
Easy motorway access - to the Central Motorway - and on to the A1.
The Freeman Hospital is just 1.3 miles, 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk.
The Royal Victoria Infirmary is 2.6 miles, or 10 minutes drive.
There is a bus stop just 5 minutes walk which will take you straight into the city centre.
PARKING
Parking at the property is available in the street, without restrictions, also, alongside the house, there is a back lane where you can park outside the garage.
