The Space:

The first flat is a stunning 220sqM residence that combines historic charm with modern comfort. It features high ceilings and gorgeous 1830s frescoes, giving the space a sense of timeless elegance. The master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom, is a highlight of the flat. A second bedroom with a double bed and a third with two bunk beds make it perfect for families or groups. The living area prioritises relaxation, with two comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a TV, while the dining area—featuring a marble-top table and stylish Wishbone chairs—seats up to 10. A fully equipped kitchen ensures group meals are a breeze, and the spacious terrace offers the perfect spot to unwind with drinks at the end of the day.



Moving upstairs, the second flat provides a versatile layout with three double bedrooms. These bedrooms can be configured as king-size or single beds, suiting families, couples, or friends. The house is located in the centre of old town and a 5-minute walk from the central bus station. There is also a taxi service right out side the house and large public parking is located near the house with free parking in the streets nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the property is located in the heart of Ericeira village, where you may experience some noise at night. While the house is comfortable and well-insulated, we want to ensure you are aware of the potential for sounds from nearby cafes, restaurants, and bars.



In accordance with Portuguese law, we are required to collect certain personal details from all guests (such as passport/ID information) for submission to the SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras).
