Villa Michela Sofia - Salento Reservation is a beautiful newly renovated semi-detached villa, offering a relaxing stay without compromising on any comforts. It is strategically located for easy access to all the most renowned destinations in Salento and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Situated in Posto Rosso, it is just 1 km from the sea, characterized by a low cliff with easy access, where swimming is widely practiced. It is also a short distance from the white sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni and equidistant from the paradisiacal beaches of Gallipoli.
The villa is made up of two adjacent units, ideal for two families who want to enjoy a holiday together but also need separate spaces, or for a group of friends.
The first unit consists of:

A double bedroom with air conditioning
A twin bedroom with single beds
A spacious living room with an additional single bed
A fully equipped kitchenette
A bathroom with a shower

The second unit consists of:

A comfortable double bedroom
A spacious triple bedroom with single beds
A modern bathroom with a shower
A large living room with a sofa and dining area with a TV
A separate kitchen fully equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals

Villa Michela Sofia also offers a large, enclosed outdoor space, perfect for letting your four-legged friends play in complete safety. The veranda provides a shaded area, ideal for outdoor dining. Additionally, Villa Michela Sofia is equipped with a charcoal barbecue for tasty outdoor grilling, an outdoor shower, and a free private parking space.
The house is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, a washing machine, a TV, and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Villa Michela Sofia is located in Posto Rosso, a picturesque seaside location in the heart of Salento, known for its cliffs overlooking crystal-clear waters. This tranquil area offers spectacular natural scenery and numerous attractions nearby: Torre San Giovanni, with the area's most beautiful beaches, fine sand, and turquoise waters, perfect for a sunny day by the sea; Gallipoli, known as the "Pearl of the Ionian," offers stunning beaches, a charming historic center, and vibrant nightlife; and Santa Maria di Leuca, located at the southern tip of Salento, famous for its lighthouse and spectacular marine caves.
Note: The cleaning fee includes bed linens and bath towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, and check-in/check-out services.
