Tenuta Marghery - Salento Reservation is a villa made up of two beautiful adjacent cottages, able to guarantee a completely relaxing stay without giving up any comfort, in a strategic location to reach all the most sought-after destinations in Salento, and capable of comfortably accommodating up to 20 people.
Located in Racale, it is just 3 km from the sea at the Torre Suda marina, characterized by a low, easily accessible cliff where swimming is widely practiced, and a short distance from the white sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli.
Tenuta Marghery consists of two adjacent estates, Tenuta Armony and Tenuta Margherita , which are also available for rent separately.
Tenuta Marghery is composed as follows:
Tenuta Margherita includes a kitchenette with dining table, chairs, and TV, a furnished living room with a relaxation area and two sofas – one of which is a double sofa bed – and two additional single beds, one air-conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower box, two bedrooms with three-quarter beds where one adult and one child up to ten years old can stay, each with en-suite bathroom and shower box, a laundry room, a covered equipped veranda with garden furniture and a wood-fired barbecue; the outdoor area also features a very convenient outdoor shower.
A large garden equipped with a covered dining area with fireplace, an additional dining or reading/relaxation area, and a play area fully equipped for children;
And Tenuta Armony , which includes a spacious air-conditioned living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with dining table, chairs, and TV, a furnished lounge with relaxation area and two double sofa beds, two double bedrooms (one of which is located outside the main structure, air-conditioned, in a wooden cabin), one twin bedroom; it also offers two bathrooms with shower box and washing machine, a covered equipped veranda with garden furniture and wood-fired barbecue, a large garden with a covered dining area with fireplace, an additional dining or reading/relaxation area, a fully equipped children’s play area, and a very convenient outdoor shower.
Inside Tenuta Marghery , nothing is left to chance – everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail.
N.B.: The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out.
Camping cot available with a supplement of €35.00; Small four-legged friends are welcome with a small supplement of €35.00; Additional towel set: €15.00 per person; Additional bed linen set: €15.00 per person.

For check-in and check-out outside the indicated time slots, upon client request and subject to approval, an additional fee is required:


for check-ins after 8:30 PM and up to 10:00 PM: extra cost of €30.00;


for check-ins from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM: extra cost of €50.00;


for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM: €100.00.


For early check-outs, upon client request and subject to approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required. . Arrival between 20:30 and 22:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.

Departure between 06:00 and 08:00 is subject to 30 early departure fee.
