External to the property you will find another table for al fresco dining with seats up to 14 people. There is also an area with ping pong table

There’s direct access to a private covered terrace with sofa and armchairs, amd a little table to enjoy a breakfast with view

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare an unforgettable Italian dinner, including an oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and toaster. There is also a table with chairs with 8 seats.
