The apartment is located on the seventh floor of a building with a lift.
Once you arrive, you will immediately have the sensation of finding yourself in a spacious, refined and bright place, in a living room with a comfortable designer sofa, a 65-inch smart TV, and a window overlooking the small terrace from which you can see all of Southern Rome, including the Square Colosseum, the Dome of the Basilica of San Paolo and other important churches.
A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, with a comfortable island to enjoy your breakfasts in complete relaxation.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one of which has a comfortable Jacuzzi for two people.
The two double bedrooms are spacious, both with smart TVs and walk-in wardrobes.
There is also a washer dryer and a service terrace. The whole house is equipped with centralized air conditioning.
