Great Location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the River Run Cottage. Right on the river and still walking distance to town make this an ideal place to stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. The host is responsive and helpful.

It reached 100 degrees during our stay, and A/C wasn’t listed as an amenity but they had a portable unit that did a great job keeping us cool while we weren’t floating the river. Definitely saved us this trip! Well appointed kitchen, everything went well. I wish the river was more accessible!

First trip to Leavenworth WA. Along with the town festivities, we were able to enjoy some downtime by the river at the cottage. The location was great. We really enjoyed the stay.

The outdoor view was beautiful. Inside was cozy as well. I loved that the host had a few essentials in the fridge (jelly, mayo, ECT) that you don't want to have to buy and waste. Also had some creamer and sugar for coffee. Bed was cozy, though a little hard for my taste. Host had a nice combo of harder and softer pillows which is always appreciated. My only negative was the shower head was a little high for me. At 5'4" I had to stand against the glass to get the water to hit my head correctly. The nozzle is not adjustable so I couldn't get it to lower the spray. My almost 6 foot husband had no problems though. We will be looking at this place again for a future visit.

Perfect!

This was one of the most equipped short stays we have ever stayed in. The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with anything you could need. The setting was private and beautiful, yet walking distance to town. I would highly recommend this property, it was super clean and perfect!

Lovely stay

The home was warm, inviting, very clean and had a fantastic bed for sleeping. It was winter, and very quiet and close to town. Great tv for some Covid binge watching after cross country skiing.

Great Location

Location is prime. So close to town but right on the river. Gorgeous views, very relaxing! Kitchen is very well appointed. Not only do they have a coffee maker, but a French press and pour over as well. I was relieved because I usually bring my own French press but had forgotten it.

Nice, quiet place to stay. No view of river from house, but can sit outdoors by the river. Wifi worked well, so we got some work done. Town center is close (about 1-mile walk), or drive.

Perfect property!

We were all very impressed with the condition and cleanliness of this wonderful property! I can honestly say this was probably the cleanest vrbo we have ever stayed at. We were also impressed with how nicely the kitchen was stocked with spices and amenities. Very nice dishes, pots and pans and kitchen utensils. It was close enough to town that we were able to walk in and enjoy the day. Would definitely stay here again!

We’ll Appointed and Cozy

We enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed to prepare our food was easily at hand, including spices and other extras. The interior is roomy and tastefully decorated. Beds comfortable. The location of this place is perfect! Close to town and skiing, but quiet with ample privacy and parking space. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We are 4 closest friends does ventures out to different places fulfilling our bucket lists. Leavenworth was one of them and it was a lot of FUN and beautiful. We didn't get to enjoy the backyard by the river but had a wonderful time in town!

Amazing!

This was exactly what we needed. It was super close to town and also secluded enough for us to feel like we had privacy. The river right behind the property was amazing and it was bigger than we thought it was from the pictures. We use the grill and that was amazing and we went into town several days. This was just an amazing getaway and I highly recommend it. Great for a couples.

We were really impressed with River Run Cottage. Beautiful, well appointed house in a secluded natural setting. Relaxing by the river in the red chairs was such a joy. Thank you to Michelle for being so helpful and friendly. And for letting us check in early. I’d love to rent it again for longer than our two nights.

Quiet home with River in Backyard

a Quiet home 1 minute down road from the end of the main drag in Leavenworth town. very convenient access in and out (of town), but close by to all other needed amenities (grocery, restaurant, etc.). Backyard of home looks out onto Icicle Creek tributary of Wenatchee River. Mountain range and the National Forest visible across river - above, and in distance. a great escape from urban, city living
