This cosy house with shared pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach is ideal for 10 guests.
Outside the property there is a shared chlorine swimming pool, ideal for cooling off after a day's sightseeing in the area. It has dimensions of 8x4m and a constant depth of 1.20m. If you wish, there is also a shower to wash off the sand and salt from the beach. The house also offers a private outdoor area where you can enjoy a barbecue with your companions. On the terrace on the main floor you can have breakfast in the mornings and get your strength back for the day.

Inside, the house is arranged over three floors. On the ground floor, guests will find a living-dining room equipped with a television and central air conditioning. They also have access to a porch furnished with a table and chairs. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with all the utensils needed to cook comfortably and feel at home. This floor also has a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided.
The bedrooms are spread across floors -1, 1 and 2. On floor -1, there is a small area with two armchairs and a wardrobe, followed by one double bed and two single beds. On the first floor, guests will find two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Finally, there is a double bed on the second floor. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The property is located just 10 minutes walk from the incredible beach of Gandia, with fine golden sand and shallow waters, the ideal place to enjoy the sea and the beach. The area offers all the necessary services for an independent stay, such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets,... You can take long walks at sunset along the promenade, practice water sports and taste the succulent gastronomy of this corner of the Mediterranean.

The swimming pool is available all year round from 09:00h to 21:00h.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
