The large estate offers a villa with swimming pool, solarium and a large fully fenced equipped garden with covered parking spaces, barbecue for grilling, outdoor shower, table tennis, bicycles, and much more.

In the lush countryside of Gallipoli`s hinterland, between the green of the vegetation and the blue of the sea, rises Masseria Li Capperi, a buen retiro of the late `700s immersed in the quiet.
Here the charm of the white ancient stone and dry stone walls coexists naturally with biodiversity, the holm oak forest with olive trees, vineyards with Mediterranean essences and a playful cat.
The entrance with automatic gate reveals the place. In the large garden are the swimming pool with sunbeds for sunbathing, a path through the woods for slow nature walks, and more fruit trees, citrus and fig trees that provide coolness and shade during summer days.
Time during vacations at Masseria Li Capperi is marked by a special clock. The large veranda is furnished for relaxing, dining and al fresco dining.
The interior of the masseria is a soothing lime white that dominates the star and barrel vaults, along the arches, niches, fireplaces and the many elements of the finely restored old structure.
The villa`s rooms are cool, and the bedrooms are outfitted with natural fabrics and restful colors. There are 5 double bedrooms, 1 triple room with double bed + single sofa bed, and 1 family room with 5 beds.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, safe, and en suite shower room.

Masseria Li Capperi is located in the countryside of Alezio, just 3 km from the beaches of Baia Verde on the Ionian coast of Salento, and only 4 km from the center of the town where all services are present.
The location is perfect to reach in 5 minutes by car also the center of Gallipoli, the "Beautiful City," among the most popular destinations for summer vacations in Puglia.
Gallipoli has a beautiful historic center, shopping streets, restaurants and trattorias, beaches with equipped lidos and others still wild, countless attractions for those who want to discover the area, but also to have fun or fully immerse themselves in the most authentic traditions.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October. 
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 200 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The ninth bathroom is a service toilet.
- The estate is completely fenced, except for the access area to the wood.
- Two bicycles available to guests.
