A quiet location and at the same time quite busy in the summer, especially for its proximity to two of the most famous beaches on the island, Fetovaia and Cavoli, but also for the fascinating wreck of the Elviscot, the cargo ship sunk in 1972 and now beached on the seabed a few meters from the beach of Pomonte.

Comfortable and modern, the apartment has been recently renovated; very well finished with private covered parking space in high season. Independent entrance on the ground floor; you enter this wonderful living area with well-equipped kitchen and sofa bed with TV. The sleeping area is located on the wooden mezzanine with exposed beams. Modern bathroom with shower.

- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at the property. If you need to collect linen, collect it at our offices in Portoferraio.
