The house, recently renovated and decorated with new and modern furniture, welcomes guests on the ground floor with a bright entrance-living room, thanks to a large glass door. The kitchen is equipped to provide guests with verything they might need for their stay. The luminous and cozy bedroom is furnished with taste. A wrought-iron balcony opens onto the residential street below, letting the morning light in and offering an authentic glimpse of local daily life. Here you can find your rhythm, rest in a cool, quiet environment, and wake up to the softness of the Sicilian atmosphere. Parking here is never a problem: the area is always accessible and on-street parking is free. Nearby services are essential but practical: small stores, pharmacies and everything you may need for a peaceful stay. This house is perfect for those looking for a comfortable, quiet and authentic base to discover the wonders of Noto and southeastern Sicily.

Another must-visit is Palazzo Ducezio, a true gem of Baroque architecture that houses the famous Hall of Mirrors. Toward the coast, you can explore the Calamosche Beach Nature Reserve, recognized in 2005 as “Italy’s most beautiful beach” for its crystal-clear waters.

Catania Fontanarossa Airport is about an hour’s drive from the property. The location is convenient for car travel, with free street parking available. While the area is primarily residential, essential services such as pharmacies and small local shops are within reach.
