Welcome to this unique and individually designed 4-bedroom home, offering a blend of modern style, comfort, and pretty surroundings, including Pontesford Hill. Situated on the edge of a charming village, this home is the ideal getaway for families or groups looking to relax and explore the beauty of Shropshire.
Our home features a light-filled open-plan dining and family room with a part-vaulted ceiling and tiled flooring. Our fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully designed with breakfast bar, pantry, dishwasher, and electric AGA. A separate utility room with washing machine and cloakroom is ideal to kick off your muddy boots after a days walking to the convenience.
In our open plan kitchen dining area, we have a dining table that will extend and seat 8. From here down four steps takes you into the the living room. Which is a lovely space with oak-beamed vaulted ceilings and glazed doors that lead to a sun terrace.
We also have a downstair toilet for your convivence.
Upstairs, there are three additional double bedrooms. tow featuring king size beds and one with two single beds. All have plenty of storage. With one with a private covered balcony overlooking the garden and countryside.
A family bathroom with a freestanding tub and we also have a third bathroom with a separate shower. To complete the upper floor is a small area on the landing, overlooking the downstairs with sofa to chill out.
Outside, the south-facing rear garden is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a large Indian stone sun terrace, a decked area with a summer house, and open views of the countryside. And covered terrace area with bar b q.
At the front of the property we have a gravelled driveway where up to 5 cars can park.
The home is conveniently located within walking distance of a great pub The Nags Head and Chinese restaurant, Zena, along with local supermarket Hignetts a must visit.
For outdoor enthusiasts, Pontesford Hill provides excellent walking trails right on the doorstep, and Shrewsbury is just seven miles away for more shopping and dining options.
