We want our guests to start their holiday stress-free, without waiting for in-person check-ins. You'll receive detailed pre-arrival information to help you settle in right away. While we’re just 15 minutes away if you need assistance, we’re always available by phone or for a visit if needed. Your pool maintenance person is John and he will be visiting twice a week to keep the pool in top condition, but otherwise, you’ll have complete privacy to enjoy your stay.

Guests have full access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Feel free to enjoy the private pool, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ area, and outdoor lounge at your leisure. The only exception is one locked cupboard reserved for housekeeping supplies, but everything else is yours to use and make yourself at home!

Airport Transfers - we can arrange transfers for you from the airport to the villa, please ask us for a quote. The closest airport to the villa is Larnaca international airport (35 minute drive) but Paphos Airport is also only a 2 hour drive from the villa.

This is a residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially when playing music. Please note that all surrounding properties are privately owned, and we only manage this villa and cannot guarantee that other rented villas will not have noisy guests.

Before your stay, we require guests to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental conditions, which includes providing a copy of your ID. This helps ensure a smooth check-in process.
