The accommodation has a 40 sq m private terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The apartment is on the third floor of the residence and consists of a large living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, which opens onto the large covered and furnished terrace with a dining table and outdoor seating area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave and everything needed for cooking.
We then have a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and TV, which overlooks the terrace.
The second bedroom is equipped with two large single beds and also overlooks the terrace.
The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating, ensuring maximum comfort in every season.
The apartment is completed by a full bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet.
In addition to the comfortable interiors, guests can also use the 9x4 metre communal pool on the terrace of the residence, with panoramic views. There are 2 sun loungers available.
